Top it however you like.
Savoury or sweet is your choice, you can just add icing sugar and cinnamon to have your French toast a sweeter option.

1) empty mix into a mixing bowl
2) add 500ml your favourite milk to the mix
3) whisk the mix and milk until it forms a smooth batter
4) heat up your pan on a medium ring while the batter mix rests for 5 minutes
5) soak your bread thoroughly
6) add oil to pan, fry soaked bread for 3-31/2 minutes each side until golden
