We are a totally allergen free facility and have strict guidelines about allergen controls, for staff, visitors and ingredients. All our raw ingredients have been traced back to source to ensure they do not have any 'May Contain' labels, this in turn gives us the confidence to offer an allergen free product. We also have allergen testing in place. No Gluten, No soy, No Egg, No Dairy, No Nuts, No Tree Nuts, No Sesame, No Celery, No lupin, No Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, No Mustard, and as we are totally Plant-Based this ensures allergens like molluscs, crustaceans, shellfish and fish are never going to be present in any of our products. We have extensively sourced ingredients from manufacturers who not only guarantee the allergen statements we adhere to but also align to our local and ethical choices as well. The fact is, we went straight to the mill for most of our Gluten Free Flours including white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, gram flour, tapioca starch, potato starch etc.

All of our recipes have been carefully crafted to be 100% plant based. They have been designed to only need the addition of ONE plant-based ingredient to get you a perfect finished result. We live a plant-based lifestyle and with our experience in the restaurant and catering world, we thought we could bring amazing food to you to make at home. Our sprinkles and hundred's and thousand's have been polished with a plant-based Carnuba Wax to ensure no animal products are present like beeswax or shellac and they have only been coloured with natural colours like paprika, turmeric and beetroot. The anthocyanins present in the sprinkles and hundreds & thousands are a group of blue, red, and purple plants used to create these colours naturally.

Our ingredients have been sourced as locally as we can get them, with the majority of our ingredients being milled or produced in the UK and Ireland. Our packaging has been designed in collaboration with a local, fantastic tattoo artist. Each mix pack is created to be recyclable and put into your black box or kerbside recycling, and our glass bottles are completely recyclable too. Our postal boxes are cardboard and are equally recyclable or reusable.
