1) empty mix into a mixing bowl
2) add 200ml of your favourite milk to the mix
3) whisk the mix and milk until it forms a smooth batter
4) heat up your pan on a medium ring while the batter mix rests for 5 minutes
5) add oil and pour batter mix into pan
6) cook pancakes for 1 minute on each side until golden
