The How To

1) empty mix into a mixing bowl
2) add 500ml your favourite milk to the mix
3) whisk the mix and milk until it forms a smooth batter
4) heat up the pan on a medium ring while the batter mix rests for 5 minutes
5) soak your bread thoroughly
6) add oil to pan, fry soaked bread for 3-31/2 minutes each side until golden

Recommend white bread

I used brown bread and it seemed a little dry and needed more flavour. Not sure I did it right! It was nice to have the option and try it!

Tasty toasty

It's very difficult to find Nd quality gluten free and egg free products that allow you that familiarity with growing up and eating delicious french toast, this was easy and safe to make and I thoroughly enjoyed the process I couldn't tell the difference it was lovely and crisp outside and soft and light inside , I had mine with salt and tomato ketchup, ooh so happy here , will definitely buy again when finished what I purchased

Unbelievable!

It must have been at least 7 years since I turned to plant base diet. So I've missed French toast so much. It's just as I remembered if not better. Amazing to be able to have this plant based too!

Eggy Bread Yumminess

Near as damn it to eggy bread, and I'm not a vegan! I would like to have the maths already worked out for smaller portions than 12, as there was some guesswork on a Sunday morning.

This French toast mix is absolutely amazing, it tastes just like I expect French toast to taste! The mixture soaks into bread nicely and I found it cooked very evenly. I definitely recommend this product.
