Rainbow Cookie Mix
I made these for a baby shower and gave my husband one beforehand. He said they were "extremely delicious." They require more than the 75g butter as someone else mentioned. I only made 8 instead of 9 as it was easier to half out quickly rather than third out. 50 to 56 p per cookie but very convenient and nice to have on hand when you want to show up with "homemade" gluten and dairy free cookies!
Difficult to write a review as these are a birthday gift at the end of January
Love the pic - Christmas gift so not used yet
This one was decent great packaging but bery expensive for what these mixes are
Who doesn’t love a cookie. To find something so easy to make was a joy! Like all based mixes this one had easy to follow instructions with great results. Super lovely cookies and can’t wait to make some more.
