1) preheat oven to 200C/190C(fan) and line your baking tray
2) empty mix into a mixing bowl
3) add 75g your favourite butter to the mix
4) rub butter into mix using fingers to form a dough ball
5) divide large dough ball into 9 smaller dough balls and place on baking tray
6) bake for 18-20 mins on middle shelf

Rainbow Cookie Mix
A fantastic Quick and Fun Cookie Mix that caters to almost every needs allergy wise. Suits both myself (dairy & egg free) and my Coeliac daughter. Love that these mixes come in a resealable pack so you can halve the wet ingredient and make smaller batches too. I recommended using baking paper and maybe cook for a few minute's less than suggested (especially if using a fantastic oven). The rainbow flecks are cute and the biscuits are sweet and crunchy.
These are very quick and easy to make, almost too easy as they are very moorish! I made them with salted flora plant butter which made them sweet and salty - absolutely delicious. My many food intolerances love these cookies!
So quick, easy and tasty! I did have to use more the 75grams of marg to make it stick together, but that was no issue. Will be stocking up for easy gifts, house warnings, or needing to take food into the office last minute.
