1) preheat oven to 200C(fan) and line your 8"/21cm square cake tin
2) empty mix into a mixing bowl
3) add 150ml your favourite milk to the mix
4) combine the mix and milk until it forms a smooth batter
5) pour the batter into your lined square cake tin
6) bake for 25-27 mins on middle shelf
